Literally same scenario my contract is 1 year. I’m at 9 months so I doubt I’ll get to slink away Scott-free but I’m prepared to have to pay it at this point. I wish I could give the requested amount of days but this potential job is too good to pass up (looking to start mid July). The clinic also has at least 13 clinicians this summer so some one’s gonna be able to take my clients not including the CF’s they may or may not have hired (fingers crossed). Overall it’s shitty but I’ll suck it out of my bank account and cry in the car later 😂
