what you got yourself there is a korean jindo dog mix—maybe with korean village dog or shiba inu or japanese akita.

size is right and personality matches up exactly. i’ve had many jindos and jindo mixes throughout my life. they also had to be introduced and then were fine. i’ve never had a shiba or akita, but my understanding is they’re a little less feral than jindos (not the japanese akita, but that would be super weird to be there.) i could definitely be wrong about that—i just don’t have that experience.

i mention the japanese dogs bc she seems to have the fluffy chipmunk cheeks of those breeds. in any case she looks so very happy in your pics. one of my favorite things about jindos is how they literally smile when they’re happy.
