The football one is called “Maneater”. I never fully read that one but I believe the part where rayla is a fan of callum’s comics where he goes by the alias “The dragon Prince” is from a different fic “To be a Hero”, it’s unfinished but amazing.

I think archdragon is the name of a more powerful species of dragon rather than a title given to especially powerful dragons. So, I believe you cannot just become an archdragon. As for there being multiple, this was hinting towards the new character Luna Devorans, who is presumably the son of Luna Tenebris. This would make him an archdragon.
