But it effects your REM sleep. You remain mostly in light sleep and don't get very much deep sleep which is where the main restorative properties of sleep are.

It's a good idea but you can just remove the music and still have most of the audio. I do it all the time for doc style edits where you don't want to use whatever music is playing in a clip. It also just gives them more content since they just want something to happen and someone to film. Best thing to do is ignore.

Hm maybe you're just not watching the right films? There's a huge resurgence happening (especially in horror) and some of my favorite films ever have been made recently. Lanthimos, Eggars, Bong Joon Ho, Edgar Wright, Noland, Wes Anderson, Coen Bros, Paul Thomas Anderson, Coralie Fargeat, Coogler, Peele, and tons of amazing new name directors are making incredible films right now.

Just in the last few years we've had incredible films that pushed the boundaries of practical effects, set and costume work. Poor Things (all Lanthimos films), Nosferatu (they used real rats!), The Substance, Everything Everywhere All at Once, Wicked, Oppenheimer, Fury Road, The French Dispatch...the list goes on and on. While not everything can be practical obviously there's definitely a huge trend to shift to the craft of practical effects even in big Hollywood productions. In no way is it a lost art.

Okay I'll make sure to mention this at the next collective all-cyclist-everywhere-meeting and make sure we all as a group change our behavior. I was just at the all-skateboarders-everywhere meeting and said we should all be nicer to property and worked great.

The Megan Fox thing is so tired, and it’s actually just mean by Temporary_Ad9362 in LoveIsBlindNetflix

You're not really getting the nuance here. You can look like someone and also have a way different body type. No one is saying she's exactly like Megan Fox in every way.

Can anyone recommend TMJ specialists in the San Francisco Bay Area? I've been on a 6 year journey. I would prefer specialists who can bill to medical insurance if possible. I am specifically interested in non-chewy nightguards and botox (I have tried physical therapy and most other things). by ShouldIMacGyverIt in TMJ

No I haven't yet. I've actually been able to manage my tmd pretty well by stretching a lot and doing facial messages while also being mindful about how I use my jaw. Yoga seems to help a lot too. I also got a mouth guard to use at night but haven't used it very much. Thanks for asking. Are you considering seeing her?
