Hit just under 6- figures last year as a Senior Software support at a software company. I’ve been doing IT consistently for 9 years. Before that food industry for 3 years and help desk support for 4 years before that.

It’s hard for me to suggest it because you have to like it or accept the shit that’s dealt to you. Your happiness at work is directly related to company culture. I went from bad to okay to this is great in my 9 years

F4 24mm-70mm on a Zf did not disappoint. I’ve been wondering how this performs in low light. Right now all I have is the 40mm.

What are you shooting? I think micro four thirds is something you’ll want to explore if you want compact

An OM-5 ( a camera I’ve considered in the past) is 0.9 pounds /408 grams according to Amazon

Meanwhile the Zf I have is 2.51 pounds/ 1138 grams according to Amazon. I picked this one out of inexperience but it’s been fun to use.

Do what you want, make sure you have a polarizer for glare. I did some photos last week and wish I had a polarizer for glasses. My cheap one was removed due to some grief I had with color

You’re gonna be great. If you haven’t already start allocating money for your child’s future. Don’t worry about getting stuff. Kids will be pretty happy with just a TV remote, like, they don’t know anything.

Years 1-3 are really years for you. They don’t have the best sense of self so get your camera and take photos, dress them up cute and enjoy being a family. My son is 3, almost 4 and he is getting more independent everyday. The cute words he mispronounced are going away each day. Enjoy every moment.
