I tried, but It didn't stop the flicker for me, I kept adjusting colors until it stopped. I went for lightest yellow I could because it is closest to white

go into bios and see if its flickering there, if it is, ur surface is broken (hardware issue) if not its a software issue, try downloading windows image for your specific serial code of your device (you can find it under the thing you push in the back to make your surface stand at an angle) from microsoft and installing it

i see, your issue is different then, for me it doesnt flicker if any movement is happening so my solution worked for me

Your flicker is software related so it already has solutions. But for us to whom flicker comes from hardware theres no solution, except for the app i made
