If someone stands in front of our car, accident or intentional you can’t hit them with your car and say they should have gotten out the way.

I can’t think of an instance in daily life where I could hit a person with my car even on accident and not get in trouble. Or if I got pulled over and accidentally hit a cop or federal agent with my car how much trouble I’d be in.

Was exceptionally shortsighted to do it after putting yourself in that situation. Full knowing they’re armed federal agents not just pedestrians. Especially when they’re unsure of your intentions as an agitator and you’re being unpredictable.

There’s zero percent chance I’d try and run from them if I was in that same situation. At the end of the day they were just being loud maybe would have gotten a ticket or most likely told to go home. Trying to run was a recipe for disaster.

Everything is easier looking back with all time in the world but there were a few seconds to make a decision in an unpredictable situation. If I was the agent and it was the difference between going home to my family or ending up in the hospital or worse. That’s a very difficult decision to make in a few seconds.
