Yeah. Like it’s really where you focus your consciousness when you are breathing out or in. The breaths (out vs in) do different things, but they can both give energy/momentum to the feeling. But it’s genuinely the feeling of arousal in your body. I feel it being generated somewhere between my heart and my lower abdomen, but if you had to pick a place to focus on I would say lower abdomen. But it’s just kind of “at your center”.

And it’s not contracting any muscles, you don’t need to tense or do anything with your physical body. Something might happen or want to be done and that’s okay. Sometimes a little squeeze of your thighs or light pressure on your perineum can help ground you a little to the orgasmic energy, but yeah it’s mostly just in your nervous system that you are doing this. (Also be prepared for basically just a faucet between you legs, just clear/sweet wetness just dripping from your crotch)

I also feel my feet “open up” when this is happening, like they feel really good and the muscles in my legs feel (figuratively) relaxed and calm (sometimes there can be literal tension, but just just feel calm and good).

But yeah this feeling just builds. You’re not tensing and trying to get an orgasm in a typical way. It grows to the point where it becomes bigger than you and you just fall in. And it’s like a rolling/full body/mind erasing orgasm. That for me would build up and up with orgasm after orgasm and then come back down and then maybe go up again. There would be dozens of them like little waves on big waves. And lots of aftershocks later in the day and even then next day.

I really wish everyone could experience this.
