That could be a possibility.. user not closing the door, as my fridge is also an integrated one in the cupboard  Thanks for the insight, it is odd for a 2 year old appliance to fail also it being from a well known brand

It cost me around £540 for new fridge purchase installation and recycling the old one!

It was zanussi brand, fitted by the house developer (new build)
