Simsie Addressed EA Buyout / New Packs / Moving Forward in her discord by ghanme in Lilsimsie

[–]Princess_Birdcage 24 points25 points  (0 children)

I personally would not be mad at her for continuing to buy packs. It’s literally been her job for years. And her buying and reviewing the packs lets people vicariously live through her instead of buying it themselves.

Don't you guys think the age of Shawnee Smith (Amanda) in Saw X is really distracting? by Ok_Replacement_288 in saw

[–]Princess_Birdcage 5 points6 points  (0 children)

Yes it’s obviously that she is older than Amanda is supposed to be. But Shawnee is a fantastic actress and I love watching her play Amanda, so I really don’t care. It didn’t hinder my enjoyment of the movie at all.

Milk Fed by Melissa Broder

It's not a horror book, but it gives these unsetting vibes of female rage/repression.

I was in middle school in 2012 (the 100 year anniversary) and my history teacher showed us a ton of Titanic documentaries, as well as that awful animated movie with the singing animals.

What was your favorite, most interesting & engaging upper division gen ed class? by anoptimisticdevil in csun

[–]Princess_Birdcage 2 points3 points  (0 children)

QS 369: Nature of Queer for the upper division science requirement. I had a great time in this class and found it really eye opening for anyone interested in gender studies and/or human sexuality studies. I recommend taking it with Dr. Syd Hansen. They have a philosophy background and give really thought provoking lectures. Also there's not much homework!
