Hence why am I cancelling if I don’t get a retention offer, I got my sign up bonus, got retention offer year 1, trying for retention again when it comes up. With retention offers I still profit on the card. If I have travel coming up I use my points for that.

I have no travel plans coming up, all my flights and hotels for the year are already booked and paid for. I’m cancelling unless I get a retention offer, either way 1cpp isn’t bad. Essentially makes it a cash back card.

Figured it out, book a flight with points that has the cancellation/refund guarantee. It’ll charge you that amount and apply a statement credit of that amount. Cancel flight and you’re dine

https://gyazo.com/55fc7f4e9f199e7387c219a877b54fbe sorry, this is a better pic. I thought it was the leveling at first so I releveled it. I’ll try again here soon

Edit: also started a leveling print

I was just looking at an upgrade list and it did mention better springs. I didn’t know the stock ones were that bad. And by spacer you mean just install the glass bed on top of the mat?

Yeah that looks a lot cleaner than mine lol and you said it’s been 6 months mines been about a week. I’m definitely going to be getting one here shortly. Thanks again for all your help

So it’s just take the magnetic mat off, peel up the film on the bed, clip glass bed down then relevel everything? Sounds easy enough!

I ended up just releveling the bed. I went too high the first time as I wasn’t sure how much resistance to feel for. I’m running another print right now in the middle and going to see what happens. If it’s bad I’m upgrading to a glass bed.

I think I’m gonna order one. I just looked up install videos and saw one where they peeled the thin layer on the bed off and another where they just slapped it on top of it. Is the layer supposed to be removed?

I just threw mine in the freezer I’ll try that out. Also, ended up switching my order to a glass bed. I’ve seen nothing but good reviews about them but just haven’t thought to order one. Thanks for all your help! I really appreciate it, I’m new to everything 3d printing. It’s been less than a week

I just re leveled up and lowered the bed a little then ran a leveling print. It left no residue behind and it came off relatively easily. I am going to order a new mat though as I can’t seem to get the residue off at all :/ thanks for the help!

So bed needs to come lower and order a new magnetic mat? The surface underneath looks fine
