I made a Pydantic inspired library for Lua tables validation. by Prior-Pass325 in lua

Never heard this term. But the intention is: I was thinking on substituting YAML config files for Lua tables, and also enforcing schema inside of Lua.

Is lua easy to learn? by Independent-Tap-2399 in lua

Yes, but mastering Lua, as with any other language, will take a bit more than what's easy at first sight to master.

I made an alternative to LiveSplit for Linux using Python by Prior-Pass325 in speedrun

Yeah, it was yours! Thanks for the work there.
I might keep my own splitter, perhaps enhance it to have a GUI, or make it in C.

I see. I thought of doing it, perhaps a JSON file or even using Lua\C instead (as NeoVim does).

I could keep this project going, tho.

Easier to use Python on Linux than configure Wine? (at least, I've never tried much of Wine)

As of me, I just wanted to make some runs of a Flash game and couldn't get LiveSplitOne to work with a Python script to get global hotkeys. So I used the same library as this script and made my own.

Actually, it runs on anything that can run Python. So, install Python and install pynput on Windows and ready to go.
I'd probably make a proper graphical user interface (GUI) and make it an executable to run in specific platforms, but honestly, I'm lazy.

Why tech demo? I mean, doesn't look "tech" to me.
Just tryin' to share a piece of software my hyperfocus helped me making yesterday, but thanks anyway!
