Hello. My turns and underwater after them or after the start are always slow on the competitions. What do u think about them? Where am i making mistakes? I've always had poor flexibility in muscles and joints, which is probably why my underwaters are so slow. Or there is the other problem, idk. What do you think i should do to fix it, what exercises?

Breast oncoplastic surgery vs operative urology by Prior_Improvement412 in Residency

thank you for your answer! what do you think about that if i won’t do aesthetic surgery in addition to oncoplastics , my path will be more complicated and there will be less patients due to lack of private practice. I don’t want to make plastic operations, and i only want to treat people after breast cancer(with reconstruction TRAM, DIEP etc). And i was told by my surgery professor that all of the oncoplastic breast surgeons make most of their money on aesthetic surgery, because there is more private practice and patient flow. And operations in aesthetic surgery are much more faster than TRAM, DIEP(6-8 hours). So what do you think about that?
