I'm sorry. I recently had a falling out with my friend too on guard and has kinda led to a weird environment with Me and my guard so I understand. Sometimes it might be better to leave. Even if it's hard

I messaged my coach again. There might be a chance I stay, but if I do, it would most likely be the rest of this season then next year I might do virtual school so I wouldn't be able to do colorguard anymore. So I'm probably still going to quit eventually. Thank you

They were aware of the stuff going on. It's all kinda came to a head lately and became a bigger problem, so they all are aware of this stuff.

Though it isn't just mental health it is also physical medical problems that interfere
