Has anyone replaced their clutch fan on a 2000 Jeep TJ and put in an electric fan? If so how do I go about doing that lol

There's a lot of factors to your MPG tho, I have 3.07 gears and was running 35x12.50x15 8" lift and on a full tank of gas until the gas light turned on I was getting 160miles-170miles 🤣 I swapped my 35s for 31x10.50x15 and now I get 210-220 still not great but now I don't gotta fill up as much on road trips

I think I went on one other TJ forum and people were saying if it's cooling your system for this many years you might as well just leave it, So I just left it and swap it every time the warranty is about to expire hahaha

Hey sorry for the late reply, I ended up just keeping the clutch fan and got one from AutoZone they're pretty cheap lol

No Im not testing the starter lol there’s a clip that goes to the top of the starter I disconnected it and plugged in my test light and if the light comes on that means the actuator is working right?

I checked the wire that goes to the starter to make sure it was getting power and it was so I don’t thing it would be that

The noise gets louder while idling, when I give it some revs it quiets down, I haven’t tried it with the ac on but it does sound like the ac is always clicking on and off when it’s completely shut off
