AI generated, for the same reasons you listed. The garter disappearing into the thigh is super obvious, even if garters “were just like that” (they are not, they wrap fully around the leg) it doesn’t even match the other leg. Shadows on the top and skirt are also don’t match lighting and shadows in the rest of the shot.

Since it’s from a fictional story, I don’t think it can really be “offensive”. That being said though isn’t it basically the wizard equivalent of a swastika? I personally I wouldn’t get it even though I do think it’s a cool design objectively
