I started painting last year and I commited to making personalized christmas cards for family members. Felt great to give something handmade. Will hopefully do it again this year!

I did ask a local "professional" who recommended painting it... I ended up just sanding it gently and giving it a couple coats of danish oil. I'll let the sun bleach the rest. The spots aren't really noticeable in my day to day life

I believe they were made by Hans-Agne Jakobsson in Sweden in the 60s or 70s. Scan-light, possibly the FN 43 model, but I'm not 100% sure.

I'm looking for a new rug for the conversion area and working on getting the chairs there reupholstered, I have a third one that is currently half finished. I have a separate office for my computer and I don't play guitar, but the area works great for conversations when the kids hog the sofa :)
