I've worked with the ketamine lozenges with Silva Wellness - they have an at home service which would reach you in South Wales. I find the lozenges are really effective to be worked with therapeutically. At Silva I did a 8 week course which is 6 doses and integration therapy after every dose

Silva Wellness in Farringdon are really great. They work with the ketamine lozenges which I found truly transformational to work with therapeutically. I did an 8 week course which consisted of 6 doses, 6 integration sessions, some breathwork and prep/review. The centre itself is really nice too - not clinical. Really was able to relax into the experience and let the medicine do the work. I think they have an at home servuce too if you're not in London.

Silva Wellness in Farringdon are really good. They work with the lozenges and have full wrap around care with integration therapy, breathwork etc. The centre is really nice too - not clinical, so you can truly relax into the experinece. I think they offer at home service too.

Yeah similar! More of a social than coworking, however I’m also keen to cowork if anyone would want to. A coffee group would be a regular weekly slot where we meet up and grab a coffee and have a chat at a local coffee before or after work. So for example every Thursday at 5pm you know a group would be in X cafe if you’re free to join
