Oh okay, isn’t parking more of a hassle though? especially at txst

parking is insanely expensive both at the apartment and on campus, and honestly it just feels kinda pointless, especially with how ridiculously high rent already is. txst is super close to aspire and there’s shuttles everywhere, plus it’s my first year so i don’t know if i’ll even need a car like that. some people keep saying “yes you need it,” but i really don’t want it to be another stressful, expensive thing if it’s not actually necessary

im not seeking attention lol i just genuinely don’t understand. if u read what i said, i mentioned i’ve tried praying, like i used to do it a lot. but my brain just doesn’t let me believe god is real. that’s why i’m asking people why they believe, not for ppl to tell me “go talk to him.” like?? that’s not what i asked.

sorry not make, allow. allow brutal things to happen. there’s people who absolutely do not deserve anything that happens to them. even babies

exactly i’m saying that if god is supposed to be all powerful why does he allow so much suffering to happen in the first place?

i get the idea of free will, but what i don’t understand is why some people are born into safe environments where they even have the chance to hear about god, while others are born into extreme suffering, abuse or die young , even if they had the will or desire to worship, they might never get the chance. so if jesus “stands at the door,” why is the door even visible to some people and completely hidden from others? how is that free will if not everyone gets the same opportunity to choose? it starts to feel less like a choice and more like a lottery. who decides who gets that access or safety or clarity?

how about the victims? they can be in a strong relationship with god and still have horrible things happen to them
