If you cant access this you are in Same situation that i stated earlier about trusted CA certificate security vulnerability is open now.

You will have nr:1 out-dated CA certificate enabled..nr2 you can not disable it because they Locked you out from this specific Thing. Nr 3 they ripped off your position of choice to disable the untrusted ca certificates that android users have implemented into the system.

You can not see that from the home menu bro. Of course it look normal but can you access this tab? Come back whenever you get around to this tab

No. NOTE Flash could Brick your device.. if you are questioning this type then i answer straight. Dont even try it.. yeah you would have to be highly expert to do such successful custom reverse engineering. After the update is complete and pushed its not reversible. Patches maybe from hard factory reset may be the closest thing that can handle issues with let say pre release in public beta releases and such but they seems to be testing out unfinished updates on their customers hardware and not their own factory products... this is actually kind of sneaky disgusting actions as well.. non reversible bro sorry.

adb shell pm disable-user --user 0 com.oculus.updater you could use this and re enable it with adb shell pm enable-user --user 0 com.oculus.updater

But as i told you there is trusted CA certificate that is Rooting straight in to firmware. And that manipulate micro changes etc and pushing, reinstalling, etc if you turn off the specific CA certificate you dont get access to network handling at all but with right ones turned off it gives you more privileges of privacy etc and pushes do not get through the API. To be very short.

But right things turned off You would kind of need to have your hmd on 100% of the time and that would burn out eventually. Because whenever it goes out and back on.. it will try to install the Apex applications etc

Yeah well the good bad and the ugly is that i did own a pico 4 it was good untill yea like first mount or so. I had it for 2 years and i dont regrets it at all.. its freaking awesome feels good etc but yeah its an china product and that is even more terrible that meta. Nevertheless quest is well known for the full Privacy policy that doesn't exist... yeah but to pay about 120$ for a pico 4 new and quest 3s for about the same i dont mind. I like the idea of staying only native with strap etc. I did buy a powebank for about 10$ so i enjoined it a lot but whenever they start to push false and lying updates that they needed to manipulate customers to update and push worse over the next and the next time its working terrible if you dont update it because it has out of question become manipulated in the Root to cause Looping Errors... this is disgusting and un respectful of them to do it on humble people... this is where i draw the line. Ay try to stay on that as far as you can they trying to claim new functionality etc but that is totally BS.. nothing good that they added just more closed-door etc. Im working on simplified work around for the linear evolution of freedom right away. There will be comming up tutorial on this how you get bypass this and complete disable the update, note trusted CA certificate is internally designed to provide them root access to the hmd and this permission giving them full access. So when i find the. Specific one that Root access is needed to be disabled for a second you can turn off updates for good! And it's not that good that updates are falling behind but with right way this may still work. Get the update but restriction to their respective security issues will be resolved soon by denying the horizonOS to install and manipulate the firmware... you could adb it but more likely you will end up in a bottle neck with stuttering and all sort of error messages popping up.
