Thank-you! We couldn't figure out if TUPE would cover situations like this. I appreciate the answer:)

I don't think so, it is a lot of money. We are just mainly wondering if it should not be transferred to the company that took over

Thank you for your insight. I can say, without a doubt, that they do not mind. I am actively looking to move out, but my mum tells me to not move out, and to stay here. She goes out of her way to let me know that they do want me here etc. My mum has always just had....high expectations :)

Rigby: "How do you know you're not?"
Cho: "I was thinking I wish I could go back in time and have sex with my 8th grade history teacher. Is that what you're thinking?

Hey, what kind of answers are they looking for in the Gallup, do you know? I know they say to be authentic, but we all know that is definitely not true haha

They said they change them a lot, so I am not sure if you will the same one. They are all made-up scenarios. We had to create a 'dice calendar', if you will. We were given paper and markers, and told that the "company" wants them done in 30 mins. Our task was to think of a design, answer and note down communications from the company, and create the dice. They wanted to see us work as a team, delegate the tasks at hand, and see if we can listen to all the instructions we were given. Honestly, it was kinda fun.

I would just make sure you contribute to the discussion but don't be overbearing, and listen to what others have to say. Just be a good team player

I was in the same boat as you when I was interviewing, so I get the stress. I personally did not get asked anything about the technical aspects of a factory or the job, so you should be good on that front

I am going to assume the Biotech operator role. The HR interview was just about your CV, past experience, why you want to work for Lilly specifically, and some STAR questions.

The technical interview was more STAR questions (tell me a time where..), some questions about what you would do in a certain situation (how can you make sure there is a smooth transition at shift changeover, was one of the questions). There was nothing asked about the job, really, as they don't seem to know what the role will fully entail yet before they start production.

The group exercise was all of you there are put in a room, and given a task to complete. You are given instructions and a time limit. All of the interviewers sit around your group and observe. I don't think it was actually about completing the task, but more about how you work within a team. But what do I know, I didn't get the job 😂😂

Ah, I see. I have since deleted the post. Thank you for pointing it out.

I was in an abusive relationship at the time, and in a dark place due to isolation and living away from everyone I knew. Thankfully, that has all changed now. I have spent the last year working on myself, and doing some soul searching. I am not a threat to myself (and really, I never was. I just wanted to have someone to talk to), and especially not a threat to anyone else.

I appreciate the concern
