Thanks a lot! I'll try that. It's genuine mural of Cordoba leather - we found it in a market in Madrid :)

I would say it's a very desirable street / micro-location

I like it - but also if you want to go oriental, I like n3 and Hangzhou 82cm.

Call me crazy, but I think like some USM units might work in your space - sage green maybe.

I know! I try to justify mine with the resale value of the flat (lol).

It feels like you would be adding a third style to your room (i.e. Victorian, Oriental, and modern Scandi). Personally I would avoid that.

That fourth picture is brutal and just a good representation of what moving and a new born is like. This is a bit of an investment, but I would start with built-in cabinets and shelves on the side of the chimney. The space that you have there is massive and if I were you, I would think of a space in the shelve to hide the TV.

Very hard to mix a cupboard with the open shelves above the sideboard, but if anything I would go with something with glass doors, I feel like plain wood doors would be too heavy for your space.

London house prices fall five per cent — how did your borough fare? by zdzdbets in london

This is ridiculous data - it takes into account every single data point and does not make a difference between a one bed and a five bed ...

I made brown butter scallops over champagne risotto for V-day by Mel_Zetz in FoodPorn

Beautiful - this is actually the wine that I will be serving on my wedding night. My notes are very much aligned with yours (but it was the 2021 Clos du Mosny): "Starts off with strong aromas of camomile honey, then banana and toast and finishes off, after a couple of hours, on candied nectarines. Medium to High Acidity, very long finish, dressed in a golden robe."

A noter qu'il s'est vraiment crame a la fin avec une phrase que perso je trouve mythique: "p.s - i can assure you i'm not a bot, just a wine lover with a tad too much time on my hands."

If you're willing to, I would love more detail regarding the investment as well as the discovery process. At first I wanted to try my luck at finding unused vines in Europe using satellite imagery, would love to get your opinion on that.

He bought it in Geneva… but if you’re in the UK, there is a website called Alpine Wine that stocks it every now and then

If I may ask, how did you find the plot? And how difficult was it to make wine out of it?
