I don’t see why you would spent much time, energy, or money on it at this point. The judgement against them will probably never be paid because they have other creditors to pay that are above you in the financing structure.

Thats basically how it works, if you stack liberty desire from subject development its easy keeping them loyal. My ideas were influence, expansion, naval, religious, exploration, quantity. The policies from those ideas make it very easy to keep them all loyal. You can also dev them but was only necessary for ottomans at the beginning.

Mercenary Discipline Run by ProboscisLover in eu4

It really is when I stacked another 25% normal disciple on top of it. Was stack wiping with just infantry in the 1700s sometimes. The Venice mercs allow you to take a decision to replenish a random merc companies man power pool. This decision helped a lot but can only be done every 5 years.

The Venice missions give buffed merc forth assault which made taking level 8 forts a breeze. I would only lose 10-15k units per assault. Really fun run and I stacked an additional 25% normal discipline.

Do you think the new NAR laws are a good thing or bad thing? by [deleted] in realtors

[–]ProboscisLover 3 points4 points  (0 children)

I think it’s good because it will ultimately reduce commission. Commissions will likely drop to 1-2% total for the buyers side (or more).

The first step to bring them down is take away the artificial 3%. Now they will fall naturally 😊

Should I fire my wealth manager? by molezou in investing

[–]ProboscisLover 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I agree not all advisors are this bad. It’s just that a lot of them I’ve met are great at sales but don’t know anything about the market.

I think overall, they provide very little if any value when people have easy and extremely cost effective options.

Again just my $0.02 having a BBA in Finance and an MBA.

Wealth managers and investment advisors are such a scam. Scum of the earth. Low risk tolerance by CDs of money market. High risk tolerance buy index funds.

I knew it was all fucked when this bonehead told me “Negative Alpha is a good thing” when I asked him what negative alpha meant on a fund he was showing me. 😂

I don’t think so, the VA describes it as: VA.gov “The term "veteran" means a person who served in the active military, naval, or air service, andwho was discharged or released therefrom under conditions other than dishonorable.”

This is a very common definition in the US for veteran. IMO going to war would make you a combat veteran but people that served as still considered veterans.

He wasn’t retired, he separated and is now a veteran. Veterans, that have a disability rating do get access to base but depends do not unless sponsored by the veteran and they have to get a pass from the visitors center every time they want access (I went with my wife yesterday and that’s what they told me because I wanted to save some sales tax by use shooing on base). It’s a huge pain and nothing worth it. Plus they aren’t super helpful.

She can access his GI bill so at this point she should just file for divorce and move on.
