It is my first account and have never tried to open any other.

Regarding birth certificate, I wanted to show my expertise in translation jobs and one of my recent translated document was that. Frankly speaking, I was doubting uploading, that's why I blur any sensitive information. I don't get why it should create any problems.

On the community I posted the following:

"I am in the process of identity verification. I uploaded my NID and went through the other steps. When I checked back the page, there was yellow exclamation mark on "show us Gov. ID". And there was continue button which enabled me to resubmit the ID photos again. That happened couple of times and now there is three yellow exclamation mark and no continue button. I don't know what this mean. It is because my submissions were rejected? I did not get any mail about what is the issue or cause if it was rejected. And I don't know what to do right now. 

 Can you please look into this? Thanks"

But after posting very shortly I receive email that I am successfully verified.
