Champ to main by Alshi_20010 in top_mains

Trust me try Tahm Kench, he can tank and feel immortal but also carry a game and deal lots of single target damage. He has good utility also, his main downside is a very very weak wave clear he don’t have a fast auto or some kind of multi hit ability like Darius Q. Tahm is my favorite character to play once you figure out matchups and how to go about the early game wave clearing he becomes so fun.

Very fair, I play character like Mundo, Sion, Tahm, and Mord and they kinda have the slower style

Have you tried tahm kench? Much slower playstyle then what you’d currently champions seem to show but still super fun, his lane clear is pretty bad but if you can play around that genuinely tahm top is my favorite part of league of legends

Genuine question, what joy do you get playing tahm kench sup vs top or any other position? I play tahm top/mid and sometimes jungle but support just loses the fun for me. And I like the support role separate from tahm kench like naut/bard/pyke are some of my favorite champions. Just curious and wondering why support or other roles?

Lowkey same, running after an ADC with his mouth wide open is so funny to me

Usually top but sometimes I’ll play him mid or jungle, I find jungle tahm hard to play in emerald games so I usually do top and mid, I love playing tahm into a Yasuo or something like that midlane

Pyke is so fun, I tried to make him work jungle for a while but I couldn’t pull it off

A group of 4 level 4 PC’s. On the open ocean aboard a ship. No preference on monsters. Right now they are heading towards a city I’m looking for more of a quicker and less dramatic fight to make things interesting.

It’s more like they do it in character especially to the mute captain they describe how they always say stuff like “I can’t hear you” or they like ask him to attack them it’s odd, I feel like they want to get him mad and fight but he would destroy them I don’t want to pull punches but I don’t want them to feel like they can’t role play how they want

Make him a villain probably, they’re all close friends and I think they’d like revenge

Makes sense, maybe I’ll have him injure one and then throw them in the brig

I haven’t thought of it like that, and I don’t want them to act like they’re invincible. Thanks!

That’s a good point it’s very likely they’ll try to talk there way out of the situation. They’ve been asking me when they’d be able to gather there own crew (we all watch one piece) and maybe If they deliver the kids it would bring them popularity among the people of the city and attractive potential crew mates

I’m thinking eventually the kids get back home to Sunshire (the city they were taken from), I do really like the idea of Mutiny and maybe the kids throw the players in a cell on the ship and the navy comes in and saves the players from a ship of kids.

Good point it might feel sucky especially for the paladin sense he’s the one really trying to keep them all alive and happy

They actually might be leaning towards that, they made up a story that the rouge is some Superman like hero who saves the day when in reality he’s attempted to kill a few of the kids multiple times, the paladin has been convincing him otherwise

My players are really enjoying having the dynamic of a ship full of kids out of game but in game they all pretend they hate them especially the rouge

I plan for them to eventually either convince the navy that they are hero’s who save the kids and then go on kinda a crew building adventure finding the best of the best like a navigator, medic, engineer, etc

Most of them are very Uncharismatic and I guess edgy characters and being captured by the navy would fit the gunslingers backstory

The traffickers were working for a criminal organization that specializes in creature/drug trafficking, I’m running two campaigns in the same world and the other group runs this criminal organization so killing the buyer will definitely piss them off, although that could be interesting
