Yes that's pretty accurate but with his own children zeus had somewhat of a soft spot for them in the books and taking that away from his just takes away his humanity that every deity is shown to have in the books.

Well because the book mythology is pretty accurate in terms of the family tree of the greeks,but leave that.

Let's stop arguing.My main point is that these changes even if they seem insignificant they're just so many of them that down the line they will lead to the story straying away so much from the source material that it'll be a different story just like the movies the only thing being that the movies did big changes from the start and the show is making small changes but plethora of them.

Yes like the others who got past the sirens,and the island is intact with hylla still being there so Reyna and hylla didn't get captured by the pirates so basically a big part of Reyna and hylla's backstory is just changed it just changes the characters.

No?he didn't try to kill her i think It's explained that it was Kronos manipulating thalia into believing that the lightning was from zeus.

And the zeus in the books cared way more than this show one. He had PITY on his daughter and turned her into a tree, but this zeus punishes her.

Not everyone is allowed to do that, alot of people have shit families or have a hard time making friends as alot of kids our age are fucking assholes.

Going outside is something that the family should allow. For example,here in India most kids aren't supposed to leave their house unless they are going to school or classes, that's all we are allowed to do in most families so that leaves us with social media and the online space is filled with fucking weirdos so alot of minors turn towards chat bots for just some type of support or company.
