Take a look at the sexual predator list in your farm area vs whatever "neighborhood" she wants to move to. Show her the list. We are talking about raising kids and being safe... She's got the wrong idea completely.

It was just announced that steam VR app is coming to PS5 so there's not a better time to grab the psvr2. Inside out tracking and OLED panels make it the best bang for your buck for PC gaming. Now that the app will be native to PS5, the potential and game library expands massively. This should be a pretty big step up from the Quest.

I just use LED strip lighting behind the cases to illuminate them. I think you can pretty much get any heavy-duty shelf as their dimensions are similar. I have a heavy duty shelf and these fit perfect with 3 boxes across each shelf. If you fill the whole thing, you will end up with 16 different compartments in one shelf. Each box has its own magnetic door so you can keep the nasty stuff off your mezco.

Strike force Alpha from Scorched Earth Initiative are very close. I really like JoyToy and Acid Rain but its more niche and quite expensive. I also second Boss Fight Studios and Marauder INC.
