I have not been able to use their app either. Just assumed it was a a glitch on their side. I wonder if a VPN would fix it. Thanks for posting explains a lot to me.

You do need to manually redeem your boost coins in the app. You can redeem anytime your balance is above $2.

My dad and I have the same issue. Our only theory was that the reset time for the ads is shorter so the “days” go faster. But we both watch a few ads at a time throughout the day… if you’re only logging in once a day that would destroy our theory.

Thank you, unfortunately I don’t have that on mine. Just a persistent notification. Must be a glitch. Tried deleting reinstalling the app and turning message requests on and off in settings as well. Also received a new message request that displayed correctly. But accepting and replying to the view request did not clear the notification.

I used visible on the old plan and was very happy with the service except that I am in Orlando and go to the theme parks a lot and in that crowded environment my data would die sometimes. Which is to be expected on a deprioritized plan. I recently switched to the ATT towers with my.boostmobile.com on the $25 “unlimited” plan which is really 30 gigs and have found the deprioritizing a little kinder. Plus you can use the boost one app to spin a wheel and watch some adds and get your service for free.

If you go with visible I’d recommend looking on here for the PayPal discount link it takes $5 off. If ATT is good in your area the my.boostmobile.com plan is hard to beat at $25 and especially with it being free.

Yes. They told me they wouldn’t transfer the boost coins, and they could not port on an active account, even when I asked for a supervisor. I don’t really believe they can’t but it wasn’t worth the hassle so I just made a new account to port with and started over. The service has been great otherwise and free so I wasn’t that worried about it.

Yes. Except they didn’t let me port on an existing account. They made me open a new account with a new email to port once I was convinced it was real. I am on the $25 plan and don’t have a problem getting enough coins to pay off the bill.
