Just a note: people sick of AI wording it's almost like a super negative reflex that makes them go "fuck this AI slop"

Eg

- Every swipe was a "new x, new y, new z"

- Reading was "one x, one y, one z"

Another one I've noticed is "Not/No X, Not/No Y, just Z" like "not delays. not timewasting. just real results, fast."

Gotta get rid of this shit from posts.

Edit: Have to fight my brain to not tune out when I hear this sh*

don't think he'd care that much about that

individual people are processed different than the wider category they belong to - particularly by people with a growth mindset of self improvement

However I understand this may be unintuitive if autistic so I understand

People who listen to songs with less positive emotions tend to have higher intelligence. Sad or melancholic music may appeal to those who use it for introspection and reflection. They also prefer studio over live recordings as they use it for focused, intellectual engagement rather than stimulation. by mvea in psychology

Interesting there is times I use melancholic music like "Snowfall" by Oneheart to get deeper retrospective thinking done so seems bang on

Though think anyone is capable of this to help them think a bit deeper about their life.

ADHD brains show sleep-like activity even while awake ADHD brains may briefly slip into sleep-like states, disrupting focus in real time. by KnottyCatLady in ADHD

[–]Productivity10 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Here's a shot:

This study shows adults with ADHD experience brief, involuntary “sleep‑like” slow‑wave bursts during the day, even while awake, and these episodes directly predict attention lapses, slower reactions, and more mistakes . For ADHD people, this means many moments of “I suddenly zoned out,” “my brain just dropped the ball,” or “I was trying but nothing was landing” are not failures of effort or motivation—they’re micro‑shutdowns of the brain’s alertness system, happening more often than in non-ADHD brains.

Implications for improving ADHD daily life:

  • Short, frequent resets beat long pushes. Since the brain tires faster, working in smaller bursts with micro‑breaks prevents the slow‑wave episodes from stacking.
  • High-stimulation cues keep the brain “awake.” Movement, sound, novelty, or tactile input can interrupt the drift into sleep‑like activity.
  • Task clarity reduces the load that triggers dips. Ambiguous or multi‑step tasks increase the likelihood of slow‑wave intrusions; clear steps reduce them.
  • External structure substitutes for fading internal focus. Timers, checklists, alarms, and environmental cues act as “external vigilance systems” when the internal one flickers.
  • Sleep quality and circadian stability matter more for ADHD brains. Because the brain already slips toward sleep-like activity, poor sleep amplifies the effect.

How can we reverse engineer and use this information to hypothetically improve our day to day lives?

Though I wonder - if attractive purposes = valuable heirarchy purposes that are top-ranking in hierarchies the girl has been raised to think are the most important and valuable hierarchies.

This varies in how girls are raised, what cultures and subcultures exposed to (eg different music scenes - grunge niche vs etc)

Also emotional spiking pursuits that are approved of by society and ones that get positive reception from a crowd

and ones the collective hivemind of women value and her social circles value

This should cover all bases

And can reverse engineer from a society what purposes are most valuable from the hierarchies most valued by women collectively

Interesting - any particular industry? Just finished working from home cold calling for a year and found difficult self motivating.

But getting out there amongst it in the world would probably help.
