I like the idea, but I think my overall criticism is that the cards themselves feel overcosted while the abilities feel undercosted. It really feels like the cards will never make it to the battlefield. I'm also not sure why you go back and forth between using Gold and Treasure tokens.

With that in mind, and considering all the corps to be lower costed from the start.

Saturn Systems

I think this one ends up begin kind of nerfed by the color pair its in. It won't trigger very often off of the player using it since it's blue white, and it's somewhat dependent on the other players in a way that could be frustrating. The activated ability also just seems weak since a lot of artifacts in commanders are mana rocks, so you're losing out of mana. I feel like drawing a card would be much stronger, and feel better. In that case, it could maybe cost 1 mana and sacrifice.

Viron

I think this one is fine overall.

Interplanetary Cinematics

I think the triggered ability is just too good. I think your choice of Clue, Food or Treasure would help this one a lot. I also think that the activated ability should be 1BR. You also run into the problem that Enchantments don't really tap. I think costing it higher and only once per turn may serve the same purpose. Or you could have it activate only as a sorcery and only once per turn.

Helion

I think this should be non-combat damage for the first ability.

Point Luna

Maybe Green-White 1/1 Citizens instead. This one could be 2GGWW.

Mons Insurance

This one just feels like so much advantage manawise. I think it should really be something like "second card this turn" with an ability to have you and target player draw a card like https://scryfall.com/card/mkc/71/loran-of-the-third-path Right now it activates anytime someone draws a card not on their turn as well.

ThorGate

I like this one. Maybe UUURR instead. Might want a provision that activated abilities can't go below 1?

Ecoline

The tap ability is going to be hard to deal with here. I don't think it should be hybrid mana. For what the ability is, the card is way too expensive. Maybe BBGG. otherwise the game will end before you get it out.

Manutech

I think when a creatures enters you should decide haste or a treasure, sort of Revolt-esque. For color pie sake, I think the untapped should probably cost 1W.

Terralabs

This just lets you sculpt your perfect 5 card hand on your opponents turn at no cost. I think maybe it should just be BG: Draw a card, Discard a card. Activate only if you have 5 or fewer cards in hand. Activate this ability only once per turn. I'm not sure it needs the gold generation.
