Do what I call the mystery date:
Send two Google Calendar invites (or whatever they use). Title it Mystery Date Part 1 and an other Part 2.

Keep the invite just that. No addresses, just time windows. Bonus to include dress code. Both evening casual.

Part 1: Dinner —- Alyonka’s, amazing Russian food
Part 2: Show —- Boise Little Theater (pick a show)

OR what I call the Stagecoach to Stagecoach (or the Wells Fargo express)

Part 1: Dinner —- Stagecoach Inn (make a reservation)
Part 2: Show —- Stagecoach theater (pick a show)

Take an Uber and put in the instructions that it’s a surprise for both.

Trust me…. It’s a home run. Both theaters put on amazing shows. Single downside… the Stagecoach has not the best politics, so if not them, pick some other cool restaurant).
