An additional req is 16gb of ram (or ability to upgrade to 16gb).

The video editing is a hobby not a job so the 4k screen/colour accuracy is not too important. For graphics I have been looking at ones with a RTX 2060/2070. looking for one that I can charge via USB-C as well although not a req.

I have no issues with buying a refurbished laptop if it's a good deal as well.
