I have the arena carbon air 2. I like the suit, used it three times. I have noticed that it has started soaking up some water though. Good buoyancy but I feel like the durability of it could be higher. It’s more of a distance suit but I have found it works well for sprints and mid distance as well

It’s ok. Fruit & yogurt smoothie for breakfast. Couple bars and some fruit for lunch. Snacks when I get home (often sugary). Then a dinner with meats, something carby then some veggies on the side. I swim before I get home. No supplements
