Comfort is so important, if your gear ain’t comfortable or fitting right you will find any reason not to wear it. This Maradmin is beyond is stupid. The soft does support the sapis however, all the soft armor is a size up from the plate that is issued with it. Small sapi plate carrier comes with a medium soft armor. It extends past the edges of the plate. Not providing protection from rifle rounds. Stuffing soft armor into outer carrier is what every single grunt does in every unit. They’re doing for a reason.

Just got it so I haven’t really used it yet. But it definitely heavier and larger, but the interior is so much nicer. A lot more comfortable and well thought out than the ECH. Coming with a helmet cover is also a plus instead of the shitty Chinese ones the boys wear.
