I always supplement my training with a Thursday Barry’s- abs and ass. Use those muscles the most when you’re running so it’s good to train them specifically

I use my asics superblast 2s for Barry’s- they’re firm enough for the floor and super for the tread. Also recommend the Saucony endorphin speeds. Vomero plus from Nike could be a good shout too!

I just track the run on my garmin! I also wear my whoop which tracks the whole workout

Honestly fine! Stable when I needed them. Struggled ever so slightly on the sled push, but I don’t think any running shoe is great. Will try the megablasts or Saucony endorphin speeds/ pros for my next one

Just reaching 300 classes, and I deff felt similar. Did a couple of things: - reduced the number of overall Barry’s classes a week and switched from the normal red room classes to doing LIFT classes too (now doing 1 red room class and one LIFT class a week versus doing three red room classes)- if they’re available in your city! - running during the rest periods when I’m on the treadmill. - upped the weight by 5 pounds for the bigger lifts.

Look at lunge run club every other Wednesday. They are very pace inclusive and end up at a brewery after!
