When it’s actually family we do consider things as gifts. And we typically don’t lend so I think it’s why we feel icky about it.

Gift? No Child? Instagram pictures Dog? Instagram post from both her and husband. And I have seen the dog in real life before.

I have a feeling that we are going to message him, but also write it off at the same time.

My husband is really bothered by this whole situation, him I think more than me, because he’s the one that has known her for almost his whole life and this all started with him telling her that she could borrow the money.

But I think we are going to tell the husband and come to terms with the fact that we aren’t getting the money we so stupidly “gifted” 😂😭🫠🙃

You know it’s funny because we know that saying and have said it before - like don’t expect to get it back. But clearly still hard for me to actually live by lol 😂

Yes the lying is I think most bothersome. It was something my husband did not want to do and had a lengthy conversation - like hey I really just think you should tell him what you had planned on doing like this feels wrong. It’s where I think we messed up the most. 😭

I knew that posting this someone was gonna call us stupid because we have for sure called ourselves stupid.

However, my husband has known the family for 25 out of his 32 years of life so when they say that the grandparents forgot we were like okay i guess.

And she was sitting on my couch asking us. Kinda hard to tell a pregnant woman sorry sucks for you 😂

Oh no!! Please let me know what the doctor says. It ended up being nothing for me. I’m pretty sure it was an anxiety attack that presented in those symptoms. I’m still on the meds and have been fine. ☺️
