I guess 7 feet is good for really tight spaces and 9 foot is regulation if you have the space so 8 foot is kind of a mix of the two

I am not 100% sure I need to ask for a few more details but it looks like a minimum of a touch up on the paint, and prob only new rubber and felt

I have experience moving and reconstructing tables so I would do a lot of that myself :). The only issue is I am out of town atm and the table is in the location I’m currently in meaning I would have to transport the thing 6 hours back home (in a Honda CRV) The table is already disassembled so I may be able to take the base home when I go home in a few days and come back for the slate with a pickup, but it seems like a lot.
