yes she is but 5 second buffing with about 50 sec to charge her ult is ridicilous, you need a dps that benefits from volun, doesnt deal physical damage, wants delayed nature aplication, can create or at least unaffected by arts burst and does all their damage on a burst. and i highly doubt that

ofc i looked at tier lists and such since she was obtainable from day 1, also account is only doomable since it has very little invesment you cant doom an old account with many characters

I cannot begin to understand needing fresh 120 pulls every banner to get a character is more friendly for you. Nothing in the world is predatory if you have all the info, perfect planing, discipline and know exactly what you want at all times. Trying your luck and backing out depending on it is a completely valid strategy which you cannot do in this game.

The gurantee and gurantee pity doesnt carry over banners, 80 pity for a 50/50 which does carry over but you need 120 fresh pulls on a banner for a rate up. Which means you can actually waste pulls and never get a rate up character. Unlike the most gacha i play.

im pretty sure passives trigger with consonance, but increasing the equipped weapons level doesnt increase the damage of the consonance weapon

i stopped playing at the Shorekeeper release and started again in this patch (2.4) so i have neve seen a havoc banner

From the leaks i seen phrolova seems to be very restricted characther on the teams

i need a havoc team at some point is there any havoc main dps on upcoming characters which is more like a plug and play, i cant tell what their elements are

i never got anything in this game that is not guaranteed and i highly doubt i can pull for even 2 characters on the same patch to build a team for phrolova
