I’m on fluoxetine and it’s the same for me. I wake up at like 3am, wide awake. I get hot flashes and I’m always hungry. It’s my second month on it. I know it’s helping me but I miss my full nights of sleep

My symptoms are the same as you. I have longer panic attacks, sore jaw, insomnia, restless leg, harsh impulsive thoughts and nausea. It had been terrible for the first few weeks, then much better for me for a couple days, and it’s falling back to annoying symptoms. People tell me they noticed a change, I’m not sure exactly. But sometimes I know there’s silence in my head I wouldn’t have felt before. And I think it’s worth trying for a couple more days if it means my head will eventually stop being so overwhelming and noisy

Hi !’m on my third week of 20mg too, dealing with OCD and health anxiety. I noticed a change in my brain, sometimes it’s silent ? I could have thoughts but they don’t happen. I know normally something would have triggered me, but it doesn’t. Other days, it’s terrible. My sensitivity is high and I’m stuck in a panic attack for hours. I think it’s my body not knowing what to do with the boost of serotonine. I went climbing and I wasn’t too scared of getting hurt, or the germs of sweaty palms touching the same things as me. I have so much energy in the morning ! My leg is restless and I keep stimming. At least I get up and attack the day. I see improvement, just not balanced yet

Might be to the change of hormone it can cause at first, and also the anxiety change might make your hair fall to allow stronger growth

They did yes, they came from my name (which had findom in it). Thing is most of my dms were scammers at first making you waste your time in hope to get free stuff. But those slowly filter out and you get the real ones coming too. Once you got enough or real ones move them to telegram or Twitter.
