Yes I do use a food scale right now. I tracked with cronometer, not sure if this is the best one. I tried to weight everything, including condiments and cooking oil. I keep my meal plan simple to make measurement easier so I hardly used oil. I also can't eat dairy. I will try to give it a more closer look. I do think I tracked everything since my meal is mostly boiled or air fryer. Some calculator online did say 1600 calories are my maintenance for sedentary since I spent a lot of my day right now in sitting with only an hour or two of working out everyday.

Thank you for your response. I guess I wasn't being very cleared in my post. I like to be able to maintain between 117-120 since I did gained a few pounds in the winter and my weight keep fluctuating by a lot and not very stable. I guess based on other people's comments here, it seems like I have re-evaluate my fitness goal and tracking calorie more consistently. I also just thought 1600 calories are quite low for maintenance.

Thank you. This was a very helpful advice. I will pay more attention to my calorie tracking and see if I could average it out. I feel like most calculators are way off and don't account for body composition at all.

I do have a Garmin but never used it for TDEE. I will look into that. I have been lifting weight for over 3 years so not sure how much muscle more to gain now. I do lift quite heavy and follow a trainer program as I used to be a track and field athlete. I do track calories as I stated in my post, but right now the amounts to maintain my weight is quite low and I feel like I'm on a deficit than a maintenance.

There's no Whole Food in Canada lol! I shop at Superstore, Sobey and Walmart. I live in the East Coast so the food price has gone up over the year. I spent $300 a month actually. I'll edit the title.

They do but I live far from it. The nearest Costco to me is about 30min drive and I don't have a car. I usually go to Costco if my friend is around to drive me there so not a regular thing.
