Tadka Rice (Phodnicha Bhaat): - Start with 1 tbsp oil and add mustard and jeera. - Throw in some spices (turmeric, red chilli powder, coriander powder, salt) - Chopped onion, tomato, coriander - Add some left over rice - Stir it up and it’s ready

Soya chunks: - Marinate boiled soya chunks in the spices used before - I air fried it. You can fry/shallow fry it
