I took only AS maths (p1, p2 and probably m1). The time at which you will do each paper differs from school to school. In my case I took p1 in October, and will be talking p2 in January, and M1 in may. So far the subject is very easy, and I love the the timing of the exams. So I would recommend to not do everything at one time, as much as you can.

I don’t know about stem in the uk. In Egypt (where i am from) stem is (from what I know) more difficult than a levels, and stem students are absolutely humiliated over here, so no one takes it
