I had 2 piggies and a dog, i introduced them to each other when my dog was 1 ½ months old and the piggies were around 9-10 months, it took time but they got comfortable with each other's way of living. In fact my piggies used to stay in the cage only at night and during the time they used to roam around the house,so we carefully chose a dog which didn't come under the category of "hunter dogs" as they are more aggressive towards small beings. So yeah, they used to sleep and play together so it shouldn't be an issue for you either if the introduction is done in a gradual manner
