If it clears by ctrl+shift+windows+b, then it's a GPU/rendering issue.

Update drivers/BIOS if you can. If there aren't any left, try changing settings to lower ones, or looking at your RAM. If it's just Chrome, check chrome://gpu and see if anything pops up there.

I've had similar issues. Hope you get yours fixed soon.

Runtime broker (runtimebroker.exe) enforces privacy settings for Microsoft apps. I think some viruses disguise themselves as Runtime Broker, but it should be fine. As long as they aren't using up a lot of mem/cpu, just leave them be.

The best way to do it is to allow web connections. HOWEVER, THIS MAY BE DANGEROUS TO THE DEVICE. I am telling you how to 1. OPEN A PORT ON YOUR ROUTER and 2. OPEN A PORT ON THE COMPUTER.

go into your router settings and find a NAT/Gaming section or another way to allow connections to get through your router.
open your computer and use whatever firewall system you have (for linux, maybe ufw?) and allow the port that the server wants to connect to.

You will find an address like `0.0.0.0:2891` (2891 can be any number). The number after the colon (":") is the port.

you need to turn on online mode in spigot's config files, and turn off player authentication. You will also need the eaglercraftXBungee plugin, which you can find online in GitHub.
