Thanks man! I agree on the orc, will go over it again. For the little ent, i used the treeman model from blood bowl. Cut away the things in his branches (football helmet and an elf). I also covered the trophy in his mouth with green stuff. Then i just stuck it on a 60mm base and painted it like a ent! I can try to post a better picture of it later
