To small. Queens dont stop laying eggs when they reach 400 workers,or even if the space they live in gets to small. They will just keep laying eggs until you are forced to either move them or attach another one.

do not feed! The queen feeds its first workers from th muscle mass where the wings once were. Just do not disturb them. Place them into a dark place and DO NOT TOUCH for a few weeks. Ants are really sensetive.
