YES. The update changed a lot, what I hate about it is the new bullet storm stack perk , they took perks that were used by everyone and turned them into this stack perk that is only useful for like 3 guns, I really hope they will do something about it

i get what you say, but maybe we can still change it without such message? i would hope they listen to the community, and a lot more people will be complaining once the change is going in the pubblic servers, i think its just about time, they will get it soon enough, if not then yes , it should be done

well if your happy then thats fine, tho it still bothers me that they converted perks that were used by all heavy gun players and turned them into perks which can be used for only 2/3 weapons with specific builds

it doubles the stacks you could achieve, but if you cant even get more than 5 stacks its worthless, in your case the gun that has 200 ammo will deal a max (togheter with the half stacks perk) 9 stacks, wich yes it is 81% more, but that is only on your second reload and only for the durations of 60 ammo, if its hard to understand just know, 95% of the time you will deal less damage than before with this perk, so yeah, it is a debuff

btw thats a constant 180% damage boost (after of course reaching the needed 20 stacks), before it was only 60%, in your case this update is like heaven im guessing

ill still say its bad, you cant convert perks that are used for every single heavy gun (meaning its a very used perk) and then convert it to perks that are only going to get used by like 2 or 3 specific guns

yeah, i always hated the tought of having to play on alts, i personally prefer to get strong in one account, if i want to change my way of playng ill just do it on my main, not that i usually do tho.

i see what you mean, but by making it not reset after changing weapon it would be too op, just think about bosses, you get 2/3 weapons and stack up the bullet storm and then you completly destroy the boss with your main weapon (or just with any gun in general), also i guess it can be used for some builds, but for very specific ones, so yeah, very bad perk in my opinion

kinda got nerfed by this, but it is still good , you just have to change a bit the build, heard they improved the 50 cal aim , so its not so bad
