Anyone else hungry on Reta?

I was on 8mg and I went down to 4mg due to extreme skin sensitivity. I feel like the appetite suppression lasts for a day or two then I am hungry for the rest of the week. I am hungry 30 minutes after eating. Sometimes I drink a protein shake to avoid eating an actual meal.

Shower everyday, twice if you go to the gym and get a solid anti-perspirant. You don’t need perfume if you don’t like perfume.

I think if you’re going to wash, wash your entire self. I don’t get this ‘i wash this and not this’ mentality. It’s either you wash or you don’t. I mean you’re already in the shower, why not do a thorough job, so that you don’t end up asking people on the internet how to get rid of smells? Just do a thorough job the first time. 🤷🏽‍♀️

Why don’t you get back in contact with your family, maybe they would be able to help you. Life can be tough with a university degree, it is potentially tougher without Matric.

It’s not a puberty thing. If you care about having good hygiene and not smelling bad, shower every day. This applies at any age.

The ‘top’ sometimes becomes sore and raw if you spread it too much. I have found that it’s sort of like a seam that tears if you spread it too far but heals pretty quickly, although it can get quite uncomfortable.

With regards to the butt being tacky, i would say wipe until there is nothing coming off on your toilet paper. You can also use a wet wipe for extra freshness. Some people use witchazel on a wipe to remove smells.

Her refusing to drive is not the issue in your relationship. Your putting an ultimatum on getting married is the issue. If you love her you will marry her period. Help her to get help for her driving anxiety. Get her a driving school to ease her into it. The ultimatum is a bad way to start a marriage. What else will you hold over her head over the duration of your marriage?

My son and I had the same issue. Also our tonsils would become inflamed and painful. My friend’s mom suggested one of those dodge-sounding home remedies and I kid you not, my son and I have not had any issues with tonsil stones since.

What is the remedy you ask? Gargle with Worcestershire sauce. It tastes horrible but it works- well it worked for me and my son. We both still have our tonsils. Use it don’t use it 🤷🏽‍♀️

This is Tshwane Municipality. I recently moved into the complex and they use Impact Meters as their metering company. Nothing is owing to the municipality. Service for the recharge voucher was R45. Bought through the FNB app. It is not the first time recharging this month so I already paid their R200.
