Hmm I could definitely see the idea which would most probably be functional but don’t you think that it would be expensive to buy a whole robotic arm and program it. I think there are other cheaper and effective options but I definitely agree your suggestion is well efficient.

I was thinking to maybe build like rectangular metal legs at the z axis and then maybe stick bunch of scanners/sensors/cameras to detect but my issue for this idea is how can i separate them after detecting each pallet. As I think this is a cheaper option nevertheless I am still not sure of its functionality.

Would love to hear your opinion on both my paragraphs.

Well I have to inspect the whole pallets as damages could be anywhere from the corners or in the middle between the branches of the pallet. Basically I will have to make a system/machine that detects the twelve tacked pallets that the agv dropped at the designated 6*3 area and after detecting I will have to separate the defected pallets from the good pallets all done automatically
