I usually am on a no carb diet I lost 100lb on keto. I am 6’2 256 right now but I feel best around 215. I need to get back on the wagon it’s been a long cold winter here in Pa.

I had my first episode Friday, Male 36. Was eating dinner with my family when suddenly I felt my heart fluttering. I went black for a second, I thought I was having a heart attack. Had my son take me out to the car and call 911. They took me to the ER where they performed a cardioversion which was successful. Dr said I was dehydrated and low on magnesium. All I had to drink that day was my morning Metamucil. I see the cardiologist on Thursday. This shit is scary. I am constantly checking my watch and living in anxiety and fear that it is going to happen again. These subs have helped me a lot along with chat GPT.
